MISSION & VISION

Joshua Education Scholarly Christian Leadership & Arts Institute was created from a God-given vision to raise a generation of scholars who know who they are, understand the power within them, and walk boldly in their divine purpose. As a Ph.D. scholar in Urban Education and a servant-leader in the Charlotte community, I have witnessed firsthand how faith, identity, creativity, and academic excellence can completely transform a child’s life. JES is more than a program—it's a prophetic movement. It is a space where scholars are affirmed, challenged, supported, and empowered to rise into the fullness of who God has designed them to be.

In this institute, we cultivate leaders who understand their identity, honor their purpose, and carry themselves with excellence. Our scholars are taught to shift atmospheres, serve their communities, dream boldly, and think critically. Every lesson, every program, every experience is intentionally crafted to build confidence, strengthen character, and ignite creativity. We stand firmly on Joshua 1:8, believing that as scholars meditate on truth, operate with integrity, and remain committed to growth, they will make their way prosperous and have good success.
